Accordingly, the site is not obligated to keep this data confidential. The member and advertiser bear full responsibility for everything he/she fills out on the site.
• When adding any ad, you must ensure that it is added in the correct place in terms of section and subcategory. Vague, unclear or incomplete ads are not permitted.
• Credibility must be adhered to in all added advertising data (ad title, ad text, country, contact numbers, etc.)
• It is not permissible to repeat the same advertisement more than once, as this will lead to the deletion of all duplicate advertisements. If the advertisement from the same member is repeated more than once, this will lead to cancellation of membership.
• Advertisements do not appear directly on the page until the site manager has reviewed the advertisement, and the advertisement appears immediately after it is approved by the site administration.
• The advertiser is allowed to modify his advertisements at any time he wishes, and the modifications are subject to the approval of the administration.
• The site administration has the right to cancel any advertisement or membership without stating the reason.
• The advertiser has the right to add 10 images to each ad in any section or category
• The application and the owner company - in its absolute discretion - reserve the right to modify, delete, cancel, any parts of the site and/or services and/or contents at any time if they violate any of the applicable legislation and/or if they are in violation of any policies followed by the site.
• It is not permitted to add links to other sites for the purpose of advertising them
• It is prohibited to publish any materials or information that constitute a defamation of reputation, a violation of privacy, a violation of laws, pornographic materials that violate public morals and customs, or any other materials or information that violates the laws in force in the UAE.
• Promoting magic, sorcery, drugs, and anything harmful to the body or mind is prohibited.
• Advertising and promoting any materials, including prohibited medicines, electronics, software, and any materials whose sale is prohibited by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, is prohibited.
• It is prohibited to advertise or promote counterfeit or counterfeit products or any illegal products that include discrimination, defamation, abuse, slander, obscene or pornographic materials.
• It is strictly prohibited to promote other competing sites using advertisements or images.
